Welcome to Nord Tala FZC ("Nord Tala", "DAFAA", "we", "our" or "us").

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of nordtala.com and your purchase of DAFAA products. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. As DAFAA products are handcrafted and contain natural materials, slight variations in colour, weight and appearance may occur.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Nord Tala.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, pricing or product information is incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Payment is made securely through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully authorised.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

We currently deliver across the UAE.

Standard delivery is AED 18, with free standard delivery on orders of AED 299 or more.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, remote-area schedules, courier operations, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Eligible unused products may be returned within 5 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For hygiene reasons, products that have been used, altered, or damaged through misuse cannot be returned unless faulty or otherwise required by applicable law.

Always follow the Care, Safety & Usage Instructions provided with your DAFAA product and available on our website.

DAFAA is a comfort product intended for personal home use. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Failure to follow the supplied heating, cooling, care and safety instructions may damage the product or create a risk of injury.

Promotional offers, discount codes and special pricing may be subject to additional terms, availability and expiry dates.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Nord Tala FZC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding and original product designs, is owned by or licensed to Nord Tala FZC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
