A Simple Ritual
How to Use
Simple instructions for warming, cooling and caring for your DAFAA pillow.
Heating Times
Large Body Pillow — Microwave at 700–900W (Medium-High Power) for 2½–3½ minutes.
Eye Pillow — Microwave at 700–900W (Medium-High Power) for 1 minute.
Fold the inner pillow once in the centre, following its natural compartments, before placing it flat in the microwave.
Allow to rest for 30–60 seconds after heating, then carefully unfold and check warmth is evenly distributed.
Cooling Use
Place the inner pillow inside a sealed plastic bag before placing it in the freezer.
Freeze until the desired temperature is reached. Ensure the pillow remains completely dry.
Remove any condensation before use.
Care & Storage
Outer cover — Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle. Wash inside out. Air dry only. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean.
Inner pillow — Spot clean only. Never machine wash, soak, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach, or iron. Keep dry at all times.
Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Do not place heavy objects on top.
Replace the product if the fabric is damaged, stitching fails, filling leaks, or scorch marks or a persistent burnt odour develop.
Always test the temperature before placing the pillow against your body. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating. Never leave the microwave unattended while heating.
